You can check your warranty status by logging into your account on our customer portal and viewing your registered devices. Alternatively, you can contact our support team with your device serial number, and they can verify your warranty status.

What should I do if my device isn't working properly?

Can I transfer my warranty to someone else if I sell my device?

Yes, our warranties are transferable. The new owner should register the device under their name in our customer portal. They will need the original purchase information and device serial number. The warranty period remains based on the original purchase date.

What happens to my cryptocurrency if I need to replace my device?

Your cryptocurrency is not stored on the device itself but on the blockchain. Your device stores the private keys needed to access those assets. As long as you have your recovery seed phrase (which you should have recorded and stored safely when setting up your device), you can restore access to your assets on a new device.

Is firmware update support included in the warranty?

Yes, all Xbridgeai devices receive firmware updates throughout their supported lifecycle. These updates include security improvements, bug fixes, and occasionally new features. The ability to receive and install these updates is covered by your warranty and will continue even after the hardware warranty period has ended.
